Post subject:  Does "love you long-time" exist?
Just curious because I've been to Thailand before and have read on this board how CR is mostly geared toward the hourly. I usually want to nut and move on/do my own thing, but sometimes long-time can be good. Especially for a single guy who might be traveling to other parts of CR.

So, how hard would it be to have a tica overnight, or maybe on a trip? What would the affair roughly cost? Also, is it hard to get rid of some girls like in Thailand? I would guess no, but I also hear how some girls may "fall in love" with you.. so I'm not sure.

I never had a problem getting rid of a girl in Thailand. After the mandatory morning boom boom, I said bye and went about my day. You won't have a problem getting rid of a girl in CR.

If you do want an all nighter, make sure you have a real connection with the girl. Not love or anything but something more then a physical attraction. Just say they need to go in the morning or whatever. Most have K*ds anyways that they need to go home to so you won't have a problem of them falling in love with you.

They fall in love with that big bulge in your pants... the roll of 100's in your pocket that is. If you have the cash and are willing to part with it... just about anything is possible. All night... all day... all week... do her sister... do her momma and her aunt. Do a bartender (big cash)... do a chico that looks like a chica... turn a hooker into a girlfriend. You name it and done!

They come in a fee ranges... all sizes... all smells... all colors. Come on down. :D

In CR, anything & everything is possible. But if you want to have a good time with the chica (over an extended period of time), you definitely want to spend some time with her first. Naturally, money is a key factor. But it helps tremendously if you can speak the language, and there is some "chemistry" between the 2 of you.

If you've been with her before (at least one TLN), and spent a little time with her outside of the bedroom, and you both seem to "click", then go for it. IMO, spending 2 or 3 days/nights with a beautiful chica can be unforgettable. But if you pick the wrong one? You'll want to slam your dick in a car door instead of phucking her. Especially if she pulls "the attitude"!

Keep in mind, that besides transportation and lodging, you will be expected to pay for everything, including food, drinks, gifts, tanning oil, bathing suit, bullshit souvenirs, etc. And this is up-and-above what you're paying her directly.

WTF-Berk – “do a chico that looks like a chica”. You fuckers are starting to scare me.

GanJ – For "love you long-time" we use the term TLN (Toda La Noche) – spend the whole night. And like Berk said above, it is how much money you got. Also, get any idea that the girl might “fall in love” with you out of your head or you will be next train wreck.

I Don't want them to fall in love with me - In Thailand, I found a lot of girls prefer the long-time and getting rid of them after an overnight session seems to be a problem with some - they don't want to leave! I was looking to avoid this in CR but it seems like it's not really an issue.

And I really need to brush up on my Spanish as I'm not even close to fluent. I most likely will need a wingman but i kinda shot myself in the foot after that other thread..

I have to agree with you. I had a HARD time getting rid of girls in Thailand. I had many of them start to cry. Then I usually offer to exchange emails and they accept that. One girl wanted my cell phone number. I gave it to her and she called it to make sure it was the right number. She then took my picture and saved it on her phone. One girl I kept through the next day. Did not cost me a thing. I did pay for lunch and we went to see a movie. It was getting late and she asked me if I would barfine her for that night and I told her NO. She started to cry and I had to dicth her as well.

The girls in Thailand must be different. While there are many hardened working girls. Alot are looking for relationships and when they meet a guy they hit it off with, they wish it becomes more.

It seems like CR chicas or in this case Ticas are all about the money. Which is fine with me. But Thailand seems to be the GFE capital of the world. and I do not mean a regular GFE, I mean they want to stay with you the entire trip.

Just to add to Mucho Gusto's invaluable advice....

Don't blow a wad of cash getting to know them outside of the bedroom and learning if you "click" or not. There are a ton of ways to have a great time with a chica outside of the bedroom without spending a lot of money AND w/o coming across as cheap. It all depends on your style. If you end up taking her on an extended overnighter you don't want to set her expectations that the money will always be rolling out of your wallet....just more of the great times!

Save your $$$ for when it is time for you spend it right! 8) 8) :D :wink:

Yes you can can find anything you want, anytime you want, for as long as you want... and everything else everyone else said.. make sense?

Anyway... the chemistry thing is spot on. Don't spend days with a girl unless there is chemistry.. let 'em walk after an hour. If you do click, then great... let 'em walk after a couple of days.

But then again... I never take my own advice.... :D

I cannot speak to LOS, as I have yet to visit. However, not all Ticas are purely about the $$. You have to shop and pick carefully. I met a girl at Europa2000, and we had dinner twice. She did not ask for anything outside the MP. When we parted, I had to insist that she take a few colones "para el bebe."

There are sweet chicas in both Costa Rica and Thailand that want more than your $$$, but there seems to be a higher percentage in Thailand. Just don't forget that your $$$ are a prerequisite for the other stuff. It's very rare to find chicas who don't want your money upfront.
