Ocean,
There are literally dozens and dozens of places to hunt. Keep reading the board, and eventually it will all come into focus. You also might think about joining as a VIP. There's lots more info in the VIP section, plus access to pics, a couple great maps and a ton of discounts all over CR.

Just keep reading, and when you think you have a good handle on things, read some more. And after all that reading, you will start to feel good about going to CR. But you still won't have a clue, so go back and bury your head in the computer for a few more days and nights.

Also, why are you worried about other places already? I think you should worry about how you will negotiate with the chicas and go from there. :idea:

Oh, I feel good about going there. REAL good.

I have done a ton of reading on this forum and I have rarely seen any other places mentioned.

(I think that there are some wonderful hidden MPs are out there, but not highly publisized. And for good reason. Everybody wants to cherish a rare jewel.)

Nowhere really. Those 5 should keep you occupied.

You should probably try New Fantasy (up the hill from ZB towards SL) for comparison and also Idem. And maybe a strip club (Pantera Rosa).

Strip clubs (called "nightclubs" in Costa Rica): Expect cuddles and touching...everywhere...for the price of an $8.00 - 10.00 chica drink. Private dances are cheap, and if you find a bailerina you like, take her to the back rooms/upstairs for sex! :twisted: C.R. strip clubs are *nothing* like the Doll House, Deja Vu, Rick's Cabaret, Pure Platinum franchises you've visited in the U.S.! :D Caution: Some of the places listed below are in higher-crime neighborhoods; best to go with a small group of 1-3 wingmen. :idea:

Casinos:
C.R. casinos are in many ways different from anything you've experienced in N. America. For one thing, they're very small, usually several dozen slots, three or four gaming tables and a roulette/canasta setup. Some are larger, like the Fiesta casino near the airport. Their version of blackjack (although blackjack is available) is called "rummy." Their version of roulette is called "canasta," and uses a ball-drop cage a la bingo.
