Maybe a few of you Vets can give me the benefit of your experience with regard to negotiating. Is it your experience that most prices for things in CR are fixed, or that sellers highball you and expect you to negotiate down? I speak a little Spanish, but am certainly more comfortable in English P.S. Joined today PPS. Anyone wants to connect for a beer, I'll be arriving at the SL Jan 1 about 1900. |

just do a search, there's translations to most of this stuff either on the net, or in this site... No, they will have no idea what those abbreviations are... and probably not have any idea what they are if you said the whole word in English either... Go out and search, and you will find the answers. |
