Actually, just remember when they say cien, to counter with $50 or $60, and then counter till you agree on a price. (probably cien since you are a newbe and horny)jejeje. Also, if you can keep your little brain in your pants long enough, spend a little time talking to her; act like you are interested in her, her family, her K*ds, etc.; make sure you are in agreement on what you will get for the $$ and how much time. (VERY, VERY IMPORTANT) THEN HAVE FUN

I've heard some good advice given in the past on this... on your first trip, it's probably a good idea to go to a fixed-price place (like a massage parlor) to get rid of your cherry nut. This way, when you first walk into the DR, you are not so charged up and won't pay some Chewbacca $200 for a half-hour.
