Going to San Jose for my first trip. How far of a walk is it from Hotel Castillo to the Hotel Del Rey area. I saw it on the map, looks like it should be only like a 5 to 10 minute walk? |

It is about 4 blocks, 5 minutes. Do not do it at night though. BKTUNA I am never going home |

I went for a walk around the whole area(HC to HDR) the morning of my first day there, found a farmacia, found all the major landmarks (HDR, KL, casinos, etc.)... It was helpful because I ended up coming out of the HDR one night with a new "friend" and the taxista didn't know where the SL was; knowing the area helped me give him directions. |
