Hi all,
I know this is a Costa Rica site and apologies for asking here but I was wonderign have any of you guys got any up to date info on Havana.
I have been twice before but I seem to be reading that the scene has changed there...really love the place so would be gutted if it has

any info would be much appreciated

Well, if you love the place, what difference does it make if it's changed?
I'm a Cuban myself with most of my family still living there, and I've been back just once since I left, and that one time was more than enough for me as I realized that Cuba was an even worst dump than when I left.
I assume that you go there for the women, if that's the case, there are better places to go, Costa Rica being one of them.
If you still want to go, there are other places like http://www.worldsexguide.com/forum/ where you could get the information you want.

I do love the place and although admittedly the chicas are a big reason why I go there, I genuinely enjoy the Cuban nightlife and its people.
I have just been reading that its different now, that Cubans will be afraid to be seen talking to tourists now because of the change in rules..I was hoping that someone might have been recently and would be able to update me on the current situation.
Im not sure I agree with you callign it a dump, you obvioulsy are in a better poisition than me to judge though...

Just go to Miami. Tons of Cuban women there and you aren't giving money to that bastard Castro!!!
