Fiance Visa,File your papers in what ever region of the US you live in and wait for a call from the Embassy. This takes about 90 days and she can go back and forth for 90 days as much as she wants. Once your married it is just a long paper trail. I did all this without an attorney.

Yes, they all look great before they hook up a big fish (that most of the time are not big at all), after that, the mask comes off, but by then, it's too late. Man, I've seen so much BS going around that I could write a book. If you really want to have the upper hand, stay with your wonderful lady in Honduras, if you bring her over here, you'll be sorry, maybe before she gets her gren card. Do you know that if she accuses you of domestic violence, she won't need you to get her green card?
