Planning on a 4 day trip for the 1st time. I have read a lot on this board but would like the following opinions:

Best hotel to stay that is close to the action and relatively economical to participate in the action.

Best places to eat around that is good but reasonable.

Best casinos to play in / most accommodating.

The best place to for action that is not one of the usual suspects.

Best places to snorkel and whitewater raft.

Any input would be appreciated.
