Hey ,Im at the end of my planning and am ready to book my flight .Im big on taking suggestions from people who have walked the walk so I have a few questions :

We are going July 5th to the 12th stayin at the HDR first 3 nights then arenal for 3 then back to SJ for the last night . I want to do the eco shit but am wondering by missing the coastal area will i be missing anything that I cant do in the jungle?

I need a great place to stay in arenal im looking for a top or medium end place
Also how about meeting the chicas in the arenal area ?is this possible,so say import them?? thanks again.J

You'll be missing the beach.

When we were in Arenal, we stayed at the Volcano Lodge. Nice place; great patio view of the Volcano.

Be sure to visit the Tabacon Hot Springs while there. You may also want to stay at the hotel located at Tabacon. I understand it is nice.

As far as chica availability.....I don't think there is any. You may want to check out a neat discoteque located several miles from Volcano Lodge. Seemed like hundreds of the locals were in attendance, but they seemed oblivious to our being there.

The Tabacon Resort is very nice, I had a great view of the volcano from the balcony of our room. Also, room price includes admission to the hot springs. There are less expensive alternatives though.
