I can't add comments to photo's what am I doing wrong?

Right next to the picture there is a symbol,move your cursor over that symbol and click on it and it should take you to the comment box, Jay.

You can't add comments to the Costa Rica & World Scenery section, but you can in the other sections by clicking on one of the small icons on the right of each thumbnail on the left side of the page. There are 2 icons, the one at the top is for ratings, the bottom for comments.
