My wingman will be arriving to SJ via his home in Mexico city. Is he better off changing his pesos to dollars in Mexico then back to Colognes in SJ or Pesos to Colognes in SJ? Maybe Pesos to Colognes in Mexico? I have a headache. Xrayismybitch start asking your own preguntas!

Thats my best guess perhaps we have some foreign exchange traders here who can give a more definitive answer.
