Hola,

I'm planning my 2nd trip to costa rica and am aiming for the end of may/beginning of june. I want to travel further south to panama and colombia.

I don't like the heat! I prefer air conditioning -- I love chilly weather.

Do I have much to worry about if I travel to costa rica during these months?

I went last in November and the weather even then was hot for me. A lot of my discomfort was due to those exhaust-fume-spitting buses.

My tica friend tells me it's not very hot in san jose itself. Still, I wonder. Don't those constant monsoon-like rains get in the way of visiting the clubs?

-B

Bart,
If San Jose is too warm for you, and you're looking for cooler weather..... You're going the wrong direction. The beach is usually always about 10 degrees warmer than SJO. Good Luck.

Maybe you otta give Montreal or Amsterdam some consideration. They're a little farther from the Equator.

Glad you mentioned Montreal, the city is quite good for mongering if you dig petitie, well proportioned , sexy Quebec spinners. Reasonable pricing about 160 to 180 CAD per hour outcall on average. You can get better deals if you read and speak French. Check out their classified on local French paper.

Mongering, avoid the grand prix, jazz festival months.

I appreciate the advice. Indeed Canadian women are quite lovely, and I should try that as an expedition some time.

However I'm not deterred. I'm willing to brave a little heat. It occurs to me that I did it in Bangkok and lived to tell about it, so why not try again?

French Canadian women, that is. Don't ever get the 2 mixed up. Anglophone Canadian women are basically gringas , generally speaking.

A few Montreal agencies to sample

Agree. There's not much different between US & Cdn women. French-Canadian women ARE an experience, but still don't even remotely compare to CR, IMHO.

Hey Danny, we have so few up here we don't want too many CRTers coming up here to the great white north and scooping them up

Thanks for the Montreal links...been there twice and had a blast.
I remember a dead-end street close to the Ottawa bridge which had several bars and bands playing out doors. The women were hot, hot, hot...... :D

I'll chime in on Montreal (lived there most of my life) and will add in that French canadian girls are a match for anyone, anywhere, that I've seen so far. Not to be confused with the English girls. different story.

I will also add that full contact in strip clubs is legal in Montreal, and realtively cheap. In the outlying areas, particularly around Dorion, strip clubs have back room action as well.
