Location: Not where I really want to be...
Last two trips I've exchanged $700.00 per trip at the bank next to the exit tax desk at the airport departure's area. No issues other that the wait.

That is where I have exhanged $1000.00 on my last trip and the bank made a copy of my passport and I had to fill out a small form. At the same time my wingman exchanged $500.00 with no paper work.

Regarding this old issue of the Bancos not exchanging more than $500 USD. I have Exchanged much more than that at the Airport Bank. Does anyone have any other experiences at the Airport Bank where they refused to exchange larger amounts?
