I remember the line Jack Nicholson said in the movie "As Good As It Gets" when the young girl asked him how his book writings seemed to capture the essence of a woman. Jack replied, "First I think about a man, and then I remove all accountability and responsibility."

I see my older (retired) friends chasing old women on Match and Plenty of Fatties. They tell me of the calculating bitches they encounter, and I ask them if they have achieved Insanity yet - doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.

I've tried to get some of them to come to CR with me, but they seem to have a fixation on finding another wife and worry that going to CR will change their point of view. I'm honest and tell them they will never be the same. If they really want a wife, they should just keep on until they achieve full Insanity and enjoy the pills that keep them so dillusional. They have a hard time understanding why I prefer to live alone, so they are frequently trying to fix me up with the friends of their newly found girl friends. No Thanks.

ChiTownGino: You'll survive. As with everything "This too shall pass." Nah, you're not fuccked for life. As you make further sorties into the netherworld of P4P, you'll begin to better understand yourself and recognize these $50 love affairs are shallow, hollow, vacuous experiences which only contribute to feeling lonely and alone; you'll find yourself realizing it is what it is and the more you P4P the more insignificant it becomes and the less you desire it. You'll begin to look within and find out what's what and gravitate towards more satisfying and more stimulating aspects of life.....and.....trust me.....those aren't in San Jose Costa Rica with a barely literate woman/Ch*ld who doesn't look beyond the next hour, let alone 5 years down the road.

You missed the rather simple point I was making, Lennydo which is fuccking whores and strumpets is a shallow, hollow, vacuous experience that kills the spirit and the soul. Do it long enough and you yourself become the shallow, hollow, vacuous person you really were to start with.....you just weren't tuned in; and many, many, many of us NEVER get it and realize just how shallow, superficial, and anomic we really are in the final analysis.
