At the pensiones, which are like massage parlors, they are Ticas, which means Costa Rican females. Generally.
And chicas that you meet at Sports or Taormina often will have condoms, but better if you have some with you just in case they don't. And the other advantage of having your own is that once in a while the ones they have are extra small. Maybe small is cheaper, not sure, but bring some of whatever size is normal for you.
