reaching Monday night and leaving Friday AM.
I am confused - just stick to SJO or go to Jaco for a day or two. I heard it is pretty dry during weekdays.
Read a lot about the hotel to stay - I get that SL has on no guest fee. I also hear Castillo a lot. Taormina seems to be decent too. How do you decide ?

For the amount of time you have, stay in SJ. It's the same chicas that go to Jaco for the weekend. I would recommend Taormina. One stop for all. You can still walk to the others.

It is all preference sadly. I would head out to Jaco as the selection is crazy out there and add the beach and all there is to do during the day (apart from the ticas). But it is more expensive by a bit and an hour or so to get there. If money is not the issue, then I would go to Jaco. If you want a deal and an amazing time, the SJ is the place.
