My Sweet Nica, who works 72 hours a week at a "civilian" job in SJ, occasionally needs to recharge the phone of a relative who lives in Nicaragua.

Does anybody here have a recommendation for an easy, sure way to do the recharge using her credit (debit) card on the internet Her card is denominated in U.S. Dollars.

I see many offerings on the internet, but I haven't used the service, so I don't know which is easy and reliable with a low fee and fair exchange rate.

I've used Ding and Recharge.com.

Ding doesn't seem to work with Kolbi anymore.

https://llamacostarica.com/ is who I use, I recently tried DING and while it got the job done the exchange rate was a lot worse than llamacostarica. Both services charge fees and while Ding's was a bit less their exchange rate made it higher cost to recharge.

recharge.com has worked very well for me over the last 2 years. worldwide and fairly easy
