Actually one of the most fun things you can do is hit Baldi Hot Springs on a Day Pass when its raining. The rain is not really cold in CR it just makes you wet. I have no problems walking in the rain getting soaked as long as I am not going somewhere for an appointment. I do take an umbrella, but that is only for when it reallly rains.

Remember, while it might rain everyday, sometimes it's just for 20 minutes and the sun is out right after.
