I know that a few years ago, they disabled the [img] bbcode in the threads, but it looks like it's still turned on for PM's.
If you want to send a picture, you can send the link to the picture in between [ img ]...
insert entire url here, including http://...[ /img ]. (Remove the 3 periods and spaces before and after "img".)
You can't send a picture file, you can imbed a picture by sending its URL using [img].
