Hi guys,

Coming into town Saturday-Monday. Just wondering what a cab from Dunn Inn to HDR should run? Will also be taking cabs to Los Pueblos and probably the University area of Costa Rica (if anyone knows the name of that entertainment area that would be awesome). Any idea what cabs to those places from Dunn Inn / HDR should cost? Just want to be prepared, not big deal paying a bit more but don't want to get constantly ripped. Also, any issues walking to Zona 2 from Dunn Inn? Seems so close!

Walking to Zona and Dunn Inn: Not an issue. it's about a 2 minute stroll. At night there are trannies on the corners, so just give em a wide berth (or at least stay out of arms reach).

Taxis from Mona Lisa / Dunn Inn / HDR / SL / La Amistad ... any point to any other is only a rojo (red 1k bill). The taxis outside of the HDR will charge you double. The meter rate would be 640 (the base meter rate, it never has time to click).

can't help on the other places. Local vets will supply.
