SUTEL, the regulator is allowing the companies to limit the connections of contract users who exceed a monthly bandwidth limit. The number is ridiculously low. They want contract users to pay for extra bandwidth, just like the prepaid users. So, watching a 2 hour Netflix movie on your smart phone via the 3G or 4G network would cost something in the way of about $8.
