You say that the videos would be for your own use but what happens if someone hacks your PC or you experience a robbery in your home?

Why do think, MJohns32, that what you are intending to do surreptiously is a crime in the US if it's "not harming anyone else"?

You are going to do it anyway so why ask?

I agree with this comment. Some of the chicks will let you take a picture of them, but do it in a way that their face is either blocked or away from the picture shooting part. When I do shoot a picture or 2, I always let the Chica see the picture to see what I shot and see if she wanted a copy, which some do.

Its all up to what you negotiate beforehand, or in my case, you ask nicely in the end and if you have treated her well, she may say yes.
