I don't understand the mentality of a guy giving a puta a present. You just gave her money. She's going on to the next guy. I see it as a way for a guy trying to qualify the situation and making it all ok. "Hey, I just phucked a whore, gave her cien and a present, and I am cool"........ Jeez.......

Me either re:tips. You make a deal but to get what you bargained for (a good lay) you have to pay more?

Now, past #? years it's in play with all of them and you have to deal with it. American generosity that morphed to out of whack proportions.

I think the smartest ideas I've seen from posters is to build the propina into the negotiation, starting low but getting to their number via a promise of a tip if good service. What else can you do?
