For you because you are smart, have a clue, and lots of experience :) less negociation is better and can result in a more natural time

Not the case for many, especially newbis. I'd risk mechanical vs the Oh, I dont do that or 100 other bullshit things they can pull in the room.

Some guys disagree, and thats fine for them especially with a little experience, but new guys should negociate more rather than less IMO :)


Yeh, you're right about that. Especially for new guys that are looking for something specific, probably should at least negotiate their deal-breakers. Once that's out of your system, then go for the more relaxed experience.
