Here's a cogent thought--all 3 examples you used, symptomatic of self-hate, are not adjectives but nouns. BTW I don't speak for anyone but myself but you are decidedly idiosyncratic perhaps even eccentric but nothing like those 3 nouns. Is it too late for self-esteem classes?

Adjectives form an open class of words in most languages that have them; that is, it is relatively common for new adjectives to be formed via such processes as derivation. Clearly some people ain't been around or in the streets and lack abstract reasoning abilities: once one removes one's head out of the magazine or the "newspaper" or the other forms of "mind control", one can finally begin to think. In the infamous words of George Clinton "FREE YOUR MIND AND YOUR ASS WILL FOLLOW".....
