You can call or email. I would let them know about CRT discount when you book. I was not wild about emailing my CC info so I emailed them about available rooms then called to confirm with CC.

In my opinion, call to make your reservation. The manager of hotel operations (rooms) is Manfred; the works with Yahaira and Yencie, and any of them will be able to handle your reservation over the phone. Tell them you are a CRT member; you will need to present your card at checkin to secure the discounted rate. They will email you a confirmation.
