I also recommend Pop's tour.

With respect to walking from SL to Idem or Relax, it isn't that far if you don't mind walking go for it (maybe 1 km - 0.6 miles). I did take the walk back at night/dark (I think it was around 7 p.m.) I tried to get a taxi, but was unsuccessful so I had no choice - but there were a lot of people around (women with strollers, people going home from work,...) so I didn't feel that bad - but I walked fast because of all the warnings.

I also walked in the gulch in the early evening after I asked the doorman/bellhop at the hotel whether he thought it was OK. Late at night, definitely do not walk regardless of the distance - it is only 2 bucks (1000 colones) between the various gulch locations!!!

I hope you read this soon!!!!!
1. $25 taxi to dunn inn
2. $39 crt vip from boyd at dunn inn (use crt card for discount)
3. $45 new fantasy walk from dunn inn in afternoon (usd)
4. soda peru before 4 for light appetizer (ceivche)
5. $45 short stay hlh
6. dunn inn dinner and drinks (use your crt card)
7. $2 taxi to SL (drinks, vegas cigars, snack, check girls) (use your crt card)
8. $2 taxi to HDR - dont pay $100, negotiate everything upfront, pay after if service is outstanding $10 tip
9. always ask taxi to meter (maria)
10. buy a drink for boyd he's a daddy
11. you paid for your crt card between #5 & #6

They don't. Only his items # 2, 6, 7 mentioned VIP/CRT discount.
