Consensus so far: Buying flowers for a newly-met or hoped-for Chica is a matter of personal preference of course but know you'll let yourself for some let's call it snickers: very much OTOH if it's a woman you've known or isn't in the life at all et al., I'm with you all the way--that kind of gesture would even get you some attention albeit tepid from a Gringa; imagine how much that warms the Spanish heart? You gotta use every tool in the chest, Brothers.

tbones is right on a couple of fronts - guys who have the time, game, looks, spanish speaking ability to invest in regular chicas should do so - most guys on this board are in CR for a short time a few times a year and don't meet many or any of the above. So - they buy their fantasy - for some guy the fantasy is finding a home for Johnny for 30k and then repeat as often as possible. Some guys prefer to create more of a dating environment.

TB is wrong that buying flowers will lead a guy to getting played - guys who are likely to get played (have been to this school) will get played because they are open to it and they don't understand the game. TB is right that a guy walking through tht Rey with flowers is a sign of someone who doesn't know the game!

In short - everyone should get what they pay for - most of the guys I know on this board -bring gifts and or flowers to favoritas - most also get RFMs - getting RFMs isn't a problem - it is how you respond that can become a problem.

I don't think right or wrong needs to enter into it, I just do what is right for me. To tell you the truth, I don't usually give flowers to gringas or non-pros in LAT anyways, unless I am in the sheethouse for something I did or didn't do. The whole P4P thing for me is synonymous with getting fast food; its cheap, it tastes good, but I don't put on a suit when I sit down to eat it (metaphorically speaking, cuz I don't eat hooker poosy) or lit the candles, or have a fancy table cloth on the table. I don't want to cross the line and pretend that is something it is not, the only favorita I have is the next one. But, I am quick, pay the fare and if I get good service, perhaps I give a tip, but I never forget that I am paying a hooker for a piece of ass:D

Take a chica to a supermarket, not mall san pedro... Its a fun thing to do

I went with my little sweety to the grocery to get soap etc to do my laundry. That included 5 lbs of rice etc until we hit about $50.00. Had a great time!

Yeah, I did the same with my non-pro would be GF in Guatemala and then spent a wonderful Thanksgiving banging the hell out of her at a stone lodge on Lake Atitlan; what beautiful memories!!!
