I saw many posts indicating that Sundays are slow days for mongering. What are the best spots to hit on Sunday? How's the activity like at HDR and SL on Sunday evenings?

Thanks,

TIG

Not big on sports (unless they show Cricket games at SL which I doubt a lot).

Orange's post "CR for Dummies" (what a phenomenal post BTW Brother Orange! Took care of about 90% of my questions) says that HLH and NF are open on Sundays. Is that info current? And I am sure there is *some* action at HDR late morning and afternoon on Sunday. Please correct me if I am wrong.

TIG,

While your average Sunday evenings at the HDR & SL might not be as busy as other nights, IMO - you'll have no trouble finding a little darling to tickle your pickle in either of those places. 8) Just go and enjoy yourself and don't sweat the little things.

Pura Vida,
MG

A good thing to do on Sunday's (chica wise) is to have a favorita already set up...

I can't speak to the average chica count on Sunday's, but this past Sunday there was no shortage of available poontang in the HDR all day & evening... YMMV...

No sundays are not a lost cause if you have some game and are willing to venture outside of the Del Rey and Sportsmans Lodge pool. Prior planning with a favorite or even setting up something early in the week for Sunday with something that you like should take care of any loneliness on a Sunday! Oh by the by! Set it up for after Mass.

... and if you're having a difficult time finding "company", you can always use Craigslist in CR.
Here's a good one for ya, with a great pic also:

Yes, in the past they were both open 10-6 on Sundays. Recently, NF extended their hours weekdays to midnight. I'm not sure about Sunday, but I think it be open till 7 or 9pm.

Note about late night pickins at NF, they are slim. The pickins that is, but not the chicas' waists.

Just remember to take an extra measure of caution when walking even daytimes on Sundays--you and the bad actors and few others out on the stroll.

When I was there last month, NF was closed on Sunday - at least in the afternoon when I walked by. I'm not sure what basis Jazzbo has for his warning about walking on Sunday, but I have never had a problem on Sunday. In fact, I feel it is one of the best days for walking because there are not many people or vehicles on the streets.

Great advice Jazz and thanks for the story Chili. Reminders to be safe and aware are always a good thing.

Remember it isn't about the 117 times you made it safely, it is about the ONE time you did/ will not :!: :!: :!:
