I just tried to sign up for a VIP membership.
I entered my Personal Info + Username and got to the second step.
I clicked <Back> to change some info and got a blank sign-up form.

After entering Personal Info + Username again I got this error:
. The username: MrDK is already in use, go back and try another username

Perhaps Admin can clear that record so that I may try again.

try logging off and logging back on.....maybe hitting the back button messed up the server or something.....
