I will be busting my Costa Rica cherry along with my wingman's November 7th-15th. Since we are both new to costa rica and mongering I want to lay out our plans for yall's advice and critisim. :D When we arrive in San Jose we should race to immigration (telling them we are going fishing if they ask). Then hitting the dutyfree near the baggage claim to avoid the long lines of the one before immigration. Whiskey, tequila, vodka and Baileys (for the ticas). After claiming our bags we should bypass the exchange boths and we should go and claim a flat rate taxi. And then we should go to the arrivals to exchange money and pay our exit tax. After that we take the taxi to the Sportsmen for the begining of our debauchery, hopefully to find a few sexy tica and some CRTers for advice and good times.

Have we forgotten anything for the begining of our trip? We both have our VIP's and know to secure our money and valuables in the safes. If there is anyone intersted in fishing one day during this week let us know.

take 6 different shirts the day you go fishing.

and take pictures wearing the 6 different shirts to show everyone the six day fishing trip you took.

sounds like you're preparing to party hard. good for you.

stop at a pharmacy and ask for a bottle of DIACORT

THAT SHIT WORKS!

you're at the SL, so you're good to go for everything else. seriously, you're gonna think you died and went to heaven.

If staying at the SL, or any place that has them, put all of the goods (coddoms, smokes, etc.) on the top of the refrig, and in the refrig beer, and the small bottles of alcohol in an empty dresser drawer. If you don't you will be paying for it when the ladies see it.

Between now and Nov 7, read, read and do some more CRT reading. The best advice I got before my first trip was, pack half of the shit you want to take and bring twice the money you budgeted for.

Happy hunting. I will be arriving on the 14th and will relieve you at the front lines. Keep your condom on and your powder dry.

We recently seem to have had an influx of NFL-lineman size gents, This is a good thing to a medium size guy like me--y'all can break the trail for me. All joking aside, glad to see you paid the dues and welcome aboard. You won't regret it.
