Thought I was immune to Costa Rica as I was well addicted to Latin Poosie prior to my first trip to CR. I have an office in Honduras, business in Panama, and a lot of time in Mexico. I have the worst kind of Costa Rica addition - One Girl!!!! Your right Imperial is lousy beer, but it is the only thing that will quench the thirst when I get the CR withdrawal shakes!!!! I know make Gallo Pinto and ceviche at home! I am on the once a month schedule!!!! Help - I need to go to a CR methadone clinic!

The country will find a way to grab you - beware!

Agree totally with that last line...but not about dissing Imperial, especially when used as a wash for well-aged Flor de Cana Rum.

Well, OK,Cacique Guaro and pineapple juice in a pinch--but that's so hard to find in the wilds of suburban Southern New Jersey.
