OK I know this is not a fun topic but I'm sure most newbies are concerned about this.

I want to go there and have a lot of fun but what is the best way to minimize the risk of contracting STDs? Do most people come home without contracting anything at all, or do you think many do contract something? Condoms don't protect us from all STDs.

It wouldn't be as much fun but is the best thing to do is go there and only have CBJs?

Like you said, condoms will protect you from 99% of the things out there, but not all. Most won't kill you but they can mess you up pretty bad.

Since abstaining isn't an option... if you are very afraid of catching something, you should bag it for oral (and obviously intercourse) and do not go down on (or even kiss) any chicas.

There are calculated risks that many guys take by getting bbbj's and going down on chicas, but the risks are relatively small.

There are ways to further minimze the risks, but I'm not knowledgeable enough about it to know exactly what they are.
