High quality prints or just something from an ink jet printer?

For quality prints you will probably need to go to a photo shop. IIRC there is one on Av 1 near Presidente Hotel.

For run-of-the-mill prints you should be able to print them yourself at an internet cafe with a color printer. Can't help you with a specific place. Look around. Internet cafes are everywhere. Find one with a color printer.
