We are planing a trip in SJ ,and we have the accomodation in Casa Conde did anybody stays there?How far is from the action ,how much the taxi is?

If I'm not mistaken this place is south of the city on the way towards Desamparados and Aserri. I think that's the place. If so, it's way out there. It will probably be around $4-5 taxi fare each way to downtown.

I'd cancel it and find something downtown.

Casa Conde is just off the circumvalcion near Parque La Paz. It is a very nice property and is no more then 3 or 4 kilometers from the gulch.

I stayed their last December, nice place as stated, but they will charge youre room a $20.00 chica fee and the taxi rides allways came to around $4.00-5.00 USD to the Sportsmens Lodge. Better off closer in, I really wished I had stayed at the SL.
