Has anyone spent time on the west coast of CR. What type of action is available in Liberia and beach communities nearby? Bars, MP and others?

Hit that search button at the top of your screen..type in Playa Flamingo or Playa Tamarindo and you should get a bunch of things to pop up. Liberia..eh...I didnt spend much time there, but the parts I saw...was a craphole...of course YMMV.

Tamarindo has a lot of popular bars. Bar one, Aqua, etc.. it's usually hopping on a friday night/sat night during the high season. so-so during the low season.

I don't know much about Liberia, but on the coast.. Tamarindo is the only place with real night life for a very long way.
