Gearing up for my 1st trip to CR in April 26th. I even bought some nice sports sandals since I hear that's rainy season.

I can't locate any previous posts on the topic. What are the pros and cons of girls at MP vs. Del Rey girls?

cost, performance, efficiency, mileage, durability, reliability, crash test ratings all very much appreciated.

Basically MP's are on site phucking stations, quickie lube type places. Some guys on this board prefer them because of the set price.

10 times out of 10 I would rather bring a chica back to my room where I know extra curricular activities will occur.

Mileage will always be a constant variable, just sample both on your first day.

If you have a bad experience on way or the other, don't let it taint your opinion right away. To me it comes down to privacy, being able to puff puff give in the room while the other one does a rail right off your shaft is where it's at. I would be apprehenssive to do that at an MP, plus a lot of the MP girls are tired but still fun I guess.

MPs have a fixed rate and a fixed time. So you pay $40 and you get 1 hour. If you can't get your nut in an hour then you either pay for more time or walk out with blue balls.

DR girls will cost more but time is more flexible. Now, you may get a clock watcher who will give you only an hour that you just paid $100 for. Or you may get a girl that will hang out with you and you get multiple pops.

MPs mean you do it on site. So it's their rooms and beds. Sometimes the beds aren't so great or non-existent.

DR girl you usually take back to your room or to a short time hotel.

Reliability for either is how much personality and effort you put into it. If you get a good vibe when chatting with her, then you will likely have a good session. If don't get a good vibe, your best bet is to walk. There are always others. This doesn't mean that she can't talk a good game and then get into the room and lay there like a dead fish. It happens to everyone at least once. Just go NEXT and move on.

Really, it comes down to a matter of preference. Some guys find the MPs boring and don't like them. Other's will only do the MPs because they prefer the quick in and out. I enjoy both since I rather not limit myself.

You are likely not going to leave the DR once you walk in other than to take the chica to where you are staying if it's not there. If you do manage to leave it will be to ZB or NF which is where most new guys wind up. Nothing wrong with doing it that way either. You always can plan another to explore what you really like.

My flights tend to get in in the early afternoon, so the first thing I do is check into my hotel then head for a stroll thru the SL lobby then head over to NF and on to ZB. I often end up a ZB for the first nut. I then go back to the hotel, freshen up, go to dinner and afterwards head to the DR and/or Idem. I hit NF and ZB early purely because of their hours. The opposite is true of Idem as not much there before 6 or 7 PM. It just seams to me to be the best way to see as many faces in as little time as possible. If something looks good along the way I just go for it. I tend to be selective and for some reason the chicas just don't seem to wait around for me. The next day I form a game plan based on what I found the first day.

While most of the members post about ZB or NF, as I found this past week, there are many jewels to be had at the local Tico MP's. Usual cost about $26.00 for an hour, to $15.00 to $18.00 per 1/2 hour for some real jewels. On our low budget tours I saw several that could easily work out of the BM.

YMWV, it really depends on what you are looking for, and how much searching you want to do. I just happen to be one of those that enjoys the hunt, and the walk around areas like Paseo Colon and Calle 6. I had a nice session at Mami's for $26.00, and saw several at Veronica's I would have done. Hostel Marruecos on Calle 3 had a good looking young lady for $26.00 per hour, it also has decent rooms with SL type safes for $26.00 per night, most with shared bath, but very clean. Sala Vilma had one that had a great body and was nice looking, also about $26.00 per hour. They even have a regular massage table. La Portugueza has some of the nicest rooms in San Jose. Give these ladies 1,000/2,000 colones after and they are in heaven.

If you like the ease of a $42.00 per hour session, ZB (with tip expected now), NF, and Las Gatitas are fine choices.

When talking about how to find the rental of your dreams in CR, it is truly subjective, and there is no right or wrong answer. Happy hunting.

Thanks. I am in SJO for 8 nights. Might divvy it up and head to Jaco if I can find a wingman around my time there to go with me. I like the hunt too, so I guess I will try as many various MP as I can. On occasion I'll do the Del Rey tour. Thanks again guys.

It is not as cut and dry as some make it. I find an OUTSTANDING GFE at Europa2000. In fact, I saw her over a few days. While she was no 10, and two of my DR girls were not either, she was extremely personable and gracious. She spoke no English, though, so Spanish is and was an absolute must.

As several others have said, Del Rey chicas or the MP chicas is really just a matter of taste. There are some guys who think they have to have nothin but the 10s in the Rey. There are guys who swear by the more "up scale' MPs like ZB or NF. There are guys who love the night clubs/strip clubs. There are guys who get a real kick and rush out of the low end MPs. AND THERE ARE GUYS WHO LIKE IT ALL!!!!My recomendation to any Newbie is to try it all at least once, then you will know what suits your taste.

I personally like the rush of the LOW END MPs, but I also like the other venues. Strangely I and 2 of my friends all ended up going to the same MP today without knowing the other 2 were going. Later all 3 of us were in the Rey talking about the mind blowing, fantastic sessions we had had. And this was in a MP that I have been in probably 50-60 times and never saw anything that I would do. This chica did things I had only dreamed of happening with a puta.

OH! as of yesterday, I no longer have a novia and I have been know to take guys on walking tours of the different venues (have done a couple lately). I now have more free time and if any one would like to tour the MPs just PM me.

To me, the best part of CR is deciding what I am in the mood for, for that nut. Do I want to see what's up at the DR, who's new at SL, a low rent walk, vapor and a BJ at NF, cigar and salad toss at ZB or what? Do I need a BBBJCIM or a tight little culito or a sweet little poosie...or two? Should I pick up the phone and dial any of a list of numbers or should I hunt fresh meat?

It is all on the menu and its all good....

Options are plentiful, whatever strokes your mood is available pretty much any time of day or night I have found ..

Your in town for 8 nights which should give you the opportunity to sample much of what CR has to offer.Buena Suerte!

I like it all. Each venue has it's own appeal and in 8 days you should be able to sample most everything and find out what you like. The more common places like the DR, ZB and NF are nice to go to and easy to figure out. The Tico places are more of a challenge but have their own rewards - if you can find them

Of course, to add my little twist on Pac's version would include making a spreadsheet with every day listed and each place I plan to visit on each day, and how much I'm going to spend, then comparing that to my budget and then tweaking it endlessly to get the most out of my time there. Then once I arrive, I throw it out the window and just play it all by ear. I do it every time. But I keep making those spreadsheets anyway. To me it's part of the fun. Sad, I know, but......
