I have looked through the newbie section, and the various Faq's and I see a lot of discussion about VIP memberships and the benefits thereof and how to receive your card once purchased and how to renew, but I do not see any link or post to actual VIP membership purchase. I see a reference to Paypal, but no link, no identification of recipient name that should be used.

I am not saying it's not there and I may just be missing it while it's staring me in the face, but I need help.
