Ok, I've looked around, done a search and can't figure out how to post a comment to a photo. I apologize for being an idiot...can anyone help? Thanks.

if the picture has some small icons next to it, you can move your mouse over the comment icon, click and make a comment

Not all catagories have this option to make comments.

and you can only leave comment is the New Gallery, not the old archived gallery.

On the right side of the thumbnail picture there are two icons. The top one allows you to rate the picture. If you click on the second one (the bottom one) it will allow you to post a comment. You might have to move the bar. to the right, on the bottom of the thumbnails to reveal the icons.
