Post subject:  Rock Stars, Hot Women and Mongers
I hooked up with a girl born in Puerto Rico, raised in Spain, and now working at an art gallery and in promotions on Miami Beach. She's cool, but for me not marriage material. I'm not saying I want to get married, but if I did, she wouldn't be the girl. She's nice, very personable, good bod, fun. But just not marriage material.

It got me thinking how many times in the past I really liked a girl, but knew she'd never fall for me. There's nothing a guy or girl can do if that "thing" isn't there. Nothing. A person can be pretty, handsome, personable, funny, available, even rich. The old saying, "You can't buy love" is true. There is nothing this girl could do, become, or offer that would make something "click" for me. Guys can phuck girls in that position - girls have a little more trouble, some can and some can't.

She told me she was invited to a Bon Jovi party. He has a penthouse on top of South Point Tower, and it takes up the entire top floor. She said it was wild, people phucking in every corner of every room - including Bon Jovi - and when I suggested he may have called several agencies, she got insulted. It turns out it was promoted at several hotels and clubs, including the Delano, Opium, Deep, and others. She was invited through her promotions work.

So that's how these rock stars live. And now you know why it's so hard on South Beach for average ding dongs to score. It also reminds me of our own "rock star" status in our favorite cities to the south, and how local dudes in those foreign countries must feel when they see gringos phucking scores of women, as they look on with their meager salaries.

Life's not fair, and you know what Rodney Dangerfield always says. But take heart. Rock stars, hot women, and mongers have something in common. We all get laid a lot.

It's interesting that some would think the getting laid thing at a rock star's party is somehow acceptable but going to a different country and spending some serious quality time with some very sexy ladies is somehow sleezy.

I've learned to appreciate that we all get to be a lot like Hugh Heffner and bang whoever we want when we travel. It's really amazing to me that I can pick two girls in a room of 8-10 and have them making out for under $50. It's fantastic. Frankly, I probably have a better time with you all at whatever destination than I would at Bon Jovi's party.

Jazz wait untill you get to Asia. You will find marriage materal there. The problem is as allways. Then comes wife with the baby cairrage. And once here they change. And become wifes. As you have said the hunt is fun. You just have to remeber it is tag and release.

Also, Jazz' post reminds me that mongering and prostitution take on many forms in the world. Unfortunately some are more acceptable than others. Somehow if you phuck someone who is a star or date a rich guy for his image, fast car and entry into fine clubs...thats not prostitution? Ahhh...no money exchanges hands so it is legal? Morality and ethics are a many spleandored thing... very subjective to say the least...

Sorry pal... not ALL of them live that way.
I live about 5 miles from both Jon and Bruce and their parties here in Rumson, New Jersey are not as wild as your girlfriend depicts them to be. Maybe when he's away... but not the ones I've seen here.
Cher and other big stars live around that area as well. Why??? I hav e no idea because NJ really sucks. But I guess being close to NYC and a big airport makes a difference to them.
I think she was embelleshing her story just to come accross as a hot item.

Yes chemistry is either on or off it seems & little in-between. It just sucks when you find one & you have it for her & like you say you can see it with them they will never have it for you the same. Many men I know would just torture themselves trying to make something happen that could never be & what was so sick about many of the girls would just torture the guy knowing she had that spell on him. I feel I could always read this pretty easy with women & cut them loose fast before they had a chance to relish in this.

We all size the other sex up fast & put them into or little categories. To do or not to do, Party animal fun type or wife potential etc. They do the same. What is so important I believe besides the unwritten chemistry is setting the right stage at the beginning of meeting each other! These are the critical moments that set the stage of future events & if you phuck-up this you have a mountain to climb to get back into the game. First impressions are lasting.

For me I think we have a life better than many think, better than a rock star! We have more control of our lives than many of them. Too much of anything & everything seems to become very self destructive after a while. I personally like moving about crowds taking what I want from it & not even being noticed. I would hate drawing the crowd & being the center of attention like famous people. You just lose your true freedom of movement from that which comes from fame. We get everything we want & need so how does it get better? 8) Yes we have a lot in common as we all get laid a lot but I like it without all the fanfare & headaches! :wink: I would make a bet we find just as pretty as women as they do.

This is a little off subject Jazz but what we do that makes me feel like a true rock star outside the USA makes me feel like a true miss fit at home sometimes. It is great that what we do makes one feel so young and vibrant compared to most men our age but feeling out of place at home is a wicked side effect of this calculated very effective phucking around out of our boundaries so to speak. As we all know we control the volume of what we do when we travel (Total Control). But after you go back thru reentry you lose 80% of your control & have to flip back to your regularly scheduled self control & good behavior & conform to our society or be ostracized. I just noticed myself at a college game the other day & my eyes have been trained to lock on to what I view as fine form with curves, flat stomach, muscle tone & skin tone.

Well I realize this doesn't come with my age group so I catch myself always looking at girls half my age. I was looking at the men more my age many in overalls with a very heavy wife beside them huge flabby arms as I watched 2 of them knitting of all things like nit 1, pearl 2 & bitch 3 & I was thinking no way in hell could I be one of these poor bastards. I just could not picture myself with these big ugly hands wrapped around my little Zippmeister let alone anything else! :x :shock: Maybe they are not lonely but what a price too pay indeed! Yes money can not buy love but I could clearly see how love has to be very blind. I am always wondering when was the last time he did it with her or any one for that matter?? :shock: :? Well it is not that big of deal because when I get sick enough of seeing all this I will be traveling again & again but in this area (quite conservative) I can never really fit in with either crowd.

I really love the area I live in for many things that are offered but pretty sexy doable fun girls in their early 20s taht will not phuck-up your life are not one of them but sex is a very small part of this overall life time wise be it important though. :evil: We all change as we age but at least my taste in women has remained consistent so thank god for modern travel & economics to keep all this so I do not have to lower my standards on what I have always liked. I still rather be the miss fit than the guy in the overalls who may very well be happier than I??

Zippy...I identify alot with your post. I lived 3 years in latin america back in the early 90s, then went back to USA for 6 years. I found it VERY difficult to fit back in and be comfortable in American culture with the moral "minority" controlling so much of it, living in a "police state" of legislated morality, and not being a good "team player" at work. Fortunately I'm social enough to get by and appear semi normal, but under the skin I was screaming half the time "get me outta here!". It took a while and a divorce...but I made it happen and the past 4 years in Costa Rica and now Panama have been the best years of my life so far...and we've only just begun to live. Sure, America has many great features and benefits...but for me the price just got too high for my sanity.
