My gal pal "C" and I were talking the other day. She just got a new rack (she is a cute Tica spinner who a year ago was a bartender at KL/DR).

She is a sweet gal. At first I thought Dr. Zapatos here moved up from shoes and bought the boobs ... no go. She said a 23 year old guy was enamored with her . She said she asked for the cien for 1 hr, 300 TLN ... but he believed more is better. So 2k and 3 nights later (along with many shoping trips) she made out great.

No disrespect, but even wih the growing numbers here, we do not make a big dent on the pricing at the DR. It is like those emails you get that say dont gas up on friday .. we will send a message to the gas companies .. haha

So spread the word about pricing, but explain it if you have half a beer and a few minutes for a newbie. Saying just no cien will be forgotten as soon as the next hottie walks by him when hi is used to American prices.

In fact I was talking to a few guys who said they have the $$ and just dont like negotiating. I gave them my tip from my older days. Tell a gal you have no problem paying a hundred .. but NOT for an hour. Whether more time in the room, or go for dinner first etc

Handy, don't waste your bad breath, on the no "cien" talk. From my impressions from my last trip, there are way too many regulars starting to make CR their own little personal playground. I go to CR only 3 or 4 times a year and I always see basically the same guys hanging out, so that means they are probably in CR quite a bit during the year. These guys obviously have cash and money does not seem to be a huge issue. Now, throw in the newbies that make very few trips a year with mucho dinero and you have a saturated market with $100 bills flying around. In my opinion the DR girls are getting more for less. I'm thinking about just photo copying Vegas Bob's address book as I know those girls are in my price range.

Last trip a Dominicana I know had just come back from la playa and some gringo paid her 2k for 5 days, (and she's not really that hot.) I've read of guys at the BM getting pissed when a CRT guy suggests negotiating, who are we to tell him how to spend his money? I think it's an ego thing for most of those guys, they have plenty of cash so they just don't give a shit whether they are overdoing it by CR standards and spoiling things for the rest of us. Like Handy suggests all we can really do is try and educate the guys we meet while down there.
I wonder if things are really getting worse or not, Latinoheat thinks so but he is a self-proclaimed cheap bastard and he complains anyway. I know some of my regulars now want 35k up from 30k last year but that can be attributed to inflation. I can still find the occasional chicas for 50-60 bucks if I try, not hard at all during the day shift. I think some of these guys throw so much money around to the girls as compensation for their own insecurities.

A man who is self-assured KNOWS he doesn't have to pay over the market price for companionship.

Sounds about right to me.. I'm confident of one thing, I cannot get every girl I want for less than cien. I think everyone on the board would agree that the idea and spirit is to get something for your money- extra time, attitude, excellent service.

I see it the same as you, you guys I believe nailed it. I can spend cien for 1.5 to 2 hours on something I have to do but will try & get it at the best rate possible. What I don't get is why would anyone on this earth pay 2G for 3 to 7 days for only 1 Chica to hang with. Obviuos to me she must not like you at all for real if you have to pay her to hang around. I can't stand the thought of holding some Chica hostage against her true will for this length of time. This is pure insecurity in my book & I would consider myself a total loser to have to pay someone to just hang around. I would be bored out of my mind with a deal like this!

One thing for sure price & performance have no correlation at all. A chica generally has to truly like you to get peak performance regardless of price. Once you get them excited they tend to loose track of everything & just enjoy the pleasure is what I find.

I couldn't agree more. I don't understand how these guys think...
To me it seems more like a real GF if I'm only handing them some negligable sum like 10KC. Maybe the more they pay the less they feel they need to treat the girl like a real person.

Exactly and the obverse is also true: If they aren't "into you" they will lose interest very fast unless the money is enough to make up for it.

Based on my lack of good looks or charm and for the amount I pay them, I figure about an hour is as long as I can keep them "entertained" anyway.
