I'm getting a windfall at the time I'll be in CR, and it would be nice to personally hand over a donation.

So if you know of any fairly non-corrupt and beneficient charitable organizations, please post their names. "Mi novia's k*d" does not cut it!

BTW, in the USA I recommend, if you're in a charitable mood before the end of year deadline, check ou the NYC Medics: http://www.nycmedics.org - a bunch of New Yawkers helping out the horrific disaster in the Pakistani earthquake. They were on 60 minutes a month or so ago.

Take a look at this organization

A durable and inexpensive wheelchair makes an unbelievable difference for a person who can't walk

I usually find a chica (sexy hot flaca) who is not a pro and help their family with a hot water heater, new frige or stove and even prepaying for education.(school) Never Never Never hand over money. That way it is more personal and not to an orginization. You will find that the chica is so much more friendly and not looking for the cien anymore just want to please you and maybe hook you forever. LOL

SO MANY WOMEN AND NOT ENOUGH TIME.

I think Philo was more into giving in a philanthropic sense then giving to a young lady to win free or discounted rates from a working girl.

Asociacion de Lucha Contra Cancer Infantil

I've had good interaction with this organization. They help K*ds with cancer, offering a variety of services. They're located next to the Hospital de Ninos.

The local RED CROSS is the first call for national disasters...which happen often with heavy rains and flooding. Their resources have been heavily tapped this past year. I will try and find more contact info if you are so inclined.
