Should I bother to post the new GetRhythm map?
Definitely - and it's about time the Admins threw you a bone for all your hard work (like a free VIP renewal...hint hint) 55%  55%  [ 53 ]
Sure - nice to have a version with the hours and pricing info printed directly on the map 34%  34%  [ 33 ]
Nah - no need to confuse the issue - Prolijo's map is more than adequate 4%  4%  [ 4 ]
Who gives a rat's ass - and get a life already! 7%  7%  [ 7 ]

Gentlemen,

With all the recent developments in the Gulch and elsewhere, I thought it was time to work up a new version of the GetRhythm map. To refresh your memories, this is the one that has all the venue hours and pricing printed directly on the map itself.

Here's some of the changes with V4:

1. Expanded the map slightly south to take in Las Margaritas nightclub
2. Added location info for Las Gatitas MP in San Pedro, and removed Scarlett's nightclub (crappy reviews)
3. Changed Casablanca to new name "Centerfolds" with updated pricing info
4. Changed old Farol Rojo location to new "La Oficina" short-time hotel
5. Added info for newly reopened "La Bella Mansion"
6. Corrected locations for Siboney MP and La Mansion MP according to RBC100's info
7. Added in Bar Poas
8. Added in various other restaurants and hotels
9. Took out the bus stop info (too much clutter, and cabs are cheap enough anyways)
10. Other pricing revisions and refinements too numerous to mention

I'd like to make this available as my Xmas present to the board, but first I want to gauge the interest - thus this poll. Appreciate your responses, and best holiday wishes to all.

I think you should post it. It is a very handy map to print and carry around. I still use the vetor based one that you sent me the last time.

My dos colones.....Post the map! After all, why not? If someone doesn't want it or need it, then they don't have to print it. It certainly does no harm to post it. The more info we have, the better off we are. If it helps one person to have a more enjoyable trip to the land of plenty, then it's worth it!

MAP IS NOW AVAILABLE VIA A DOWNLOADABLE OR VIEWABLE FORMAT!
LOGON TO THE VIP PAGE AND SEE THE NEW LINK SAN JOSE MAP!

GR has done a great job updated the map & as an added feature to being a CRT VIP, I've created a downloadable or viewable PDF File of the map that will be linked off the Home page when you login as a VIP.

The link will be directly under the New Photo Gallery link and you will have the ability to dimply view the map or download & save the file locally to your hard drive for later printing.

This feature should be ready in a few hours.

Thanks GR for a job well done as this is really great stuff.
