Where is the best place in San Jose to pick up on Non-Professional girls. Went there 10 years ago and the San Pedro area was great. Going to go back to Costa next month. Any help is greatly apperciated. thanks

OK, let me think. A pro asks up front for p4p. A non-pro winds up asking for help with family, a new dress for your dinner date, gifts when you return to CR etc......hard to tell the difference.
A little cynicle right now....

El Pueblo is the best bet for the pick-up scene. It has plenty of bars and discos, as well as a healthy supply of chicks.

I think there is plenty of Ticas for the taking right on Avenida Central during the day. Find a good spot, take a seat, and wait for one you like to walk by, and then say hi. It can't kill you to try and never underestimate yourself in Costa Rica. We can all pull a lot more than we realize, but sometimes we don't want to dish out the effort. My next trip I am going to be cutting back on the Massage Parlor days and spending my time trying to find the non-working girls myself. But that's just me.

met a pretty young spinner in a jewelry store on my first day... i broke a pin on my watch swinging my carry-on bag on my way down... after checking into presidente asked them where i could get it fix, they gave me the location, walked into the place and waited to be attended by this chica, gave her my watch, asked her what her name was and when i came back to pick it up i asked her for number and she did not hesitate... saw her on my third day, and she is sweet, completely clueless though. great for a hook up but nothing i'd want as a novia...

JUST OPEN YOUR MOUTH AND TALK TO THEM...

Money is right on the money.

really the Ticas are everywhere, on the buses, on the street the grocery store. It is always good to brush up on the flirting skills anyway.

Just talk and smile.

Speaking of Avenida Central, I remember walking around, taking some photos of the big sculpture behind the Museo de Oro, and this one woman, early thirties, was watching me and smiling at me. Not hard to notice the "open for business" sign on a woman's face, you know? I was already freshly f*cked from a NF run and didn't approach her, but I always have wondered if she was fully pro, semi-pro, or gringo hungry.

I live in the San Pedro area during my homestays, and have noticed that the women are less friendly in that part of town, which is a lot richer than other parts of town.

Zapato sorry Im going to miss you there

Hey guys get real San Jose is raining women. Since when did we have to look for one? They are everywhere. The rail at the Presidente is usually my home spot and those who know me, know I have a lot of success there. Someone once said 95 persent of the Ticas are working girls in one way or another. The difference from Gringas is that you dont have to marry them. The other 5 percent are gay.

There are plenty of beautiful women all over CR. Knowing a little Spanish definitely helps. Tux
