I already know about A.M. Costa Rica, The Tico Times, and insidecostarica.com.

Are there any other news outlets in English?

I do read La Nacion and Al Dia sometimes just to practice my Spanish a bit.

That's pretty much it. 107.5 on the radio is all-English and Radio Dos (99.5) is mostly English.
