Was debating a 12/17-12/22 trip to SJO followed by a week in Jamaica. The SJO part would be to exhaust myself before a little recuperation in the sun.

Will there be enough talent left in SJO to be worth going there then?

You should be able to connect before XMAS, with a provider that will sustain you during the XMAS break.

When talking to the chicas in Jaco - many are not from Jaco - they talk of going home in December to return sometime in Janurary.

The columbians, DRs, Nicas will most likely not be in CR during xmas.

Jamaica.... I've heard nothing but really bad stuff about this place unless you are in a resort and you don't leave the resort.

Having you check what your airfare will be? It is expensive at this time of the year.

This is all good info. I changed the plans to do SJO over thanksgiving and am going to bag Jamaica and hit thailand over x mas.

I've been to Negril a few times. It's a very different scene. The girls are rougher round edges in my opinion but at night working girls prowl the big beach parties, many sexy. It's hit or miss w/your pick though. Session quality much, much better in CR. I would not reccomend Jamaica as pure monger destination.
