Hola Amigos

Mi novia's cellular phone is broken, so quess who gets to purchase a new one?

She has the SIM card, just needs a new phone.

Can anyone tell me where a good (prices) place to buy a cellphone in Costa Rica. She would like a Motorola que es bonita y pequena.

Any help would be appreciated.

Ah the need for a new cell phone. I wish I had all the money back I foolishly spent on new cell phones. They are expensive at Mall San Pedro and at the shops near HDR. Take a walk down Avenida Central. I know a few places in Cartago but, I'm sure you would not "just happen to be in the neighborhood" in Cartago.

PS. They all want the Motorola flip phone with quad band.

I haven't found the prices at Mall San Pedro that much more expensive than other places. There's a few kiosks there, if you shop around you can get a decent price.

Most of the malls are all relatively close in price.. Just picked up good motorola GSM phone in Plaza Mayor for about $125.00 (Note for me)

Also El Fongicito Mexican Accross the street from Plaza Mayor is a great afternoon lunch spot.. Sorry no thread hijacking :oops: just thought I'd comment.
