On Saturday morning at opening time (10:00 a.m.) Oasis offered six chicas at 10,000 colones per hour. There were eight or ten by the time I left. New Fantasy is apparently open on Sunday now. At 11:00 a.m. there were ten chicas to choose from at 18,000 colones per hour. On weekdays, the time to go, I've been told, is about 1:00 p.m. (to catch both the morning shift and the afternoon shift). On Saturday afternoon at the Sportsmens Lodge there were two or three chicas available, but Saturday evening (say 6:00 to 11:00) brought in eight or ten, easily comparable to the Del Rey in quality. The going rate here seems to be $50 per hour. Nobody showed up on Sunday that I know of. The Sportsmens now has digital safes in the rooms. Noise is a factor here, but the new rooms (scheduled for an October opening) should be quieter. Priscilla's smile (at the reception desk) is worth the trip. Pura vida. |
