Dear Costa Rican Locals,

Does the Costa Rican Independence day which falls on September 15, affect the number of women working in the delrey ?

Are there any big parades, parties or fireworks displays that would detract the working gals from showing up to work in my favorite pickup bar ?

Hmmm... since it's a day to celebrate FREEdom

everything at the Blue Marlin should be FREE that Day...

Lay that on on a hard core Tica and see what happens...

This will be my third year in a row to be in Costa Rica during their Independence Day. I do remember there being a parade,but didn't see a lot of people making a big deal out of it. Don't remember anything being closed either.
