Post subject:  Newbie Question on Dress Code
First, this board is amazing. I was debating on places to travel and you guys definately helped me with my decision.

I've done searches and see the 20 tips post and others that summarize dress code e.g - 2 pairs of pants and 1 pair of sneakers, etc...

What i am interested in is what clothing i should bring that is nice enough to attract ticas w/o looking like a cheesy tourist yet not to nice to attract bad attention.

Some specifics would be much appreicated.

If i missed a good post during my search please provide a link. Thanks.

Clean clothes with pockets for money. I really don't think the chicas care what kind of clothes you wear as long as you are basically clean and respectful. Also, by wearing expensive clothes you are putting a target on your back saying that you have lots of money to throw around.

da, I wear a nice pair of jeans and an Abercrombie button down shirt or Tommy button down shirt untucked for that come hither look. Casual but classy and I'm a chick magnet.... :roll: Oh maybe thats because I'm in the BM bar :lol:

A sausage stained wife beater undershirt, bermuda shorts, black socks and white k-swiss tennis shoes.

As long as your pockets are stuffed with money-- it won't matter.
